Berth License Sample Clauses
A Berth License clause grants a party the right to use a specific berth or docking space, typically within a marina or port, for mooring a vessel. This clause outlines the terms under which the berth may be used, such as permitted vessel types, duration of use, and any associated fees or responsibilities for maintenance and conduct. By clearly defining the rights and obligations of both the berth provider and the licensee, the clause helps prevent disputes over access, usage, and liability, ensuring orderly and predictable use of docking facilities.
