Benefits upon a Change in Control Termination. If a Change in Control Termination occurs with respect to Executive, he shall be entitled to the following benefits; provided, however, that to the extent he has already received the same type of benefits under Article 5 as a result of his Change in Control Termination, his benefits under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced to prevent duplication of benefits hereunder:
