Benefits of Section. None of the provisions of this Section shall inure to the benefit of Borrower or any Person other than Banks; consequently, neither Borrower nor any other Person shall be entitled to rely upon, or to raise as a defense, in any manner whatsoever, the failure of any Bank to comply with such provisions.
