Benefits of Indenture and Consents of Noteholders. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Notes, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and their successors hereunder, the Owner Trustee, the Insurer and the Noteholders, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Indenture. Each Noteholder and Note Owner, by acceptance of a Note or, in the case of a Note Owner, a beneficial interest in a Note, consents to and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Indenture. The Insurer and its successors and permitted assigns shall be third-party beneficiaries to the provisions of this Indenture, and shall be entitled to rely upon and directly to enforce such provisions of this Indenture.
