Common use of Benefits of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Guaranty. The provisions of this Guaranty are for the benefit of the Agent and the Tranche A Lenders and their respective successors, transferees, endorsees and assigns, and nothing herein contained shall impair, as between the Borrower, the Agent and the Tranche A Lenders, the obligations of the Borrower under the Operative Agreements. In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations are transferred, endorsed or assigned by the Agent or the Tranche A Lender to any Person or Persons, any reference to the "Agent" or the "Tranche A Lenders" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.

In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Guaran teed Obligations are transferredtranxxxxred, endorsed or assigned by the Administrative Agent or the Tranche A any Lender to any Person or Persons, any reference to the an "Administrative Agent" ", or the "Tranche A LendersLender" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.

In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations are transferred, endorsed or assigned by the Agent Trustee or the Tranche A Lender any Holder to any Person or PersonsPersons as permitted under the Indenture, any reference to the a "AgentTrustee" or the "Tranche A LendersHolder" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.
