Benefits Booklet Information.. The City will provide and update as necessary information on its website concerning bargaining unit employee insurance benefits within a reasonable time frame before any updates take effect. The City will incorporate changes made to insurance benefits through the collective bargaining process into the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) as soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days after City Council approval of the 2020-2023 Agreement.
