Benefits; Bonus. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus and incentive programs of the Corporation and shall receive such medical and other benefits (the "Benefit Arrangements"), as may be provided from time to time by the Corporation to its officers in the discretion of the Compensation Committee.
