Common use of Benefit Plans Coverage Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans Coverage. Subject to the provisions of this Article X, CompuCom shall offer coverage under CompuCom's benefit plans and arrangements to Continued Employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plans and arrangements and at a level which is substantially similar to the coverage and benefit opportunities offered under such plans to comparable CompuCom employees.
