Common use of Benefit Payment Clause in Contracts

Benefit Payment. 1. The benefit accrued by an employee under either paragraphs A or C, above, shall not be payable until retirement at the earlier age of fifty-five (55) and fifteen (15) years of service or age sixty-two (62) and five (5) years of service; or after thirty (30) years of service regardless of age.

Benefit Payment. 1. The benefit accrued by an employee under either paragraphs A or CB, above, shall not be payable until retirement at the earlier earliest of the following: 1. age of fifty-five (55) and fifteen (15) years of service or service; 2. age sixty-two (62) and five (5) years of service; or after or, 3. thirty (30) years of service regardless of age.

The benefit accrued by an employee under either paragraphs A Section 29.01 or C29.02, above, shall not be payable until retirement at the earlier earliest of the following: 1. age of fifty-five (55) and fifteen (15) years of service or service; 2. age sixty-two (62) and five (5) years of service; or after or, 3. thirty (30) years of service regardless of age.

Benefit Payment. 1. The benefit accrued by an employee under either paragraphs A A. or CB., above, shall not be payable until retirement at the earlier of age of fifty-five (55) and fifteen (15) years of service or age sixty-two (62) and five (5) years of service; or after thirty (30) years of service regardless of age.
