Benefit Package. 28.01 The Company agrees to pay 75% of the premium cost for benefits as set forth in the new CADA Benefit Plan for all regular full-time employees following the successful completion of their probationary period. However, it is understood that 100% of the L.T.D. premiums will be paid from the employee’s contributions. 28.02 The employer will provide a Vision Care Plan with a payment of $100.00, not more than once in every two years per employee, toward the cost of eye exams and prescription glasses, including frames and lenses, or contact lenses upon the submission of original receipts.
