Benefit of Commitment. Any reference to any of the parties to this Commitment shall be deemed to include the successors and assigns of such party. All covenants and agreements herein contained are for the benefit of the parties hereto only, and nothing expressed or implied herein is intended to be for the benefit of any other Person.
