Common use of Benefit Maintenance and Changes Clause in Contracts

Benefit Maintenance and Changes. The rights and obligations of the parties 12 with respect to benefit maintenance and changes under the FlexAbility program 13 shall be identical to and concurrent with the corresponding rights and obligations 14 of the Association and Sacred Heart Medical Center pursuant to the terms of 15 their Professional Agreement, including but not limited to the suspension of 16 Article 18. In the event that the language of Section 15.2 of said Professional 17 Agreement materially changes, then the current notification and bargaining 18 provisions of said section shall apply to this article.

In the event that the language of Section 15.2 of said 17 Professional 17 Agreement materially changes, then the current notification and 18 bargaining 18 provisions of said section shall apply to this article.
