Common use of Benefit Exchange Clause in Contracts

Benefit Exchange. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Plan, the Employer and the Participant may enter into an agreement under which, in lieu of the payment of the Participant's vested Accrued Benefit upon a Qualifying Distribution Event, the Participant's vested Accrued Benefit will be exchanged for another non-qualified benefit in accordance with rules established by the Committee.
