Benefit Effective Sample Clauses

The "Benefit Effective" clause defines when and how the benefits under an agreement become available or enforceable to the parties involved. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions or events that must occur before a party can claim or exercise certain rights or advantages, such as the completion of a milestone, delivery of goods, or fulfillment of obligations. By clearly establishing the point at which benefits take effect, this clause helps prevent disputes over entitlement and ensures that both parties understand when their respective rights and obligations are activated.
