Common use of Benefit; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Benefit; Binding Effect. All of the rights, privileges, remedies and options given to Lenders under the Loan Documents shall inure to the benefit of each Lender's successors and assigns, and all the terms, conditions, covenants, provisions and warranties herein shall inure to the benefit of and bind the permitted successors and assigns of Borrowers and Lenders, respectively.
