Beneficiary Analysis. The M&E Plan will also define in detail the persons or entities expected to benefit from the Program. Beneficiary analysis is an extension of ERR analysis that seeks to disaggregate the total increase in income to determine specifically which segments of society will benefit from the Program. MCC considers beneficiaries3 to be those people who experience better standards of living as a result of the Program through higher real incomes.
