Beneficiaries Naming Successor Beneficiaries. Our policy may allow your beneficiaries to name their own successor beneficiaries to your XXX. A successor beneficiary would receive any of your XXX assets that remain after your death and the subsequent death of your beneficiaries. This distribution would be in accordance with Article IV.3 of the Agreement, and generally would not allow a successor beneficiary to calculate RMDs generally based on his/her own life expectancy.
