Common use of Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Restricted Definitive Securities Clause in Contracts

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Restricted Definitive Securities. If any holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for a Restricted Definitive Security or to transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Restricted Definitive Security, then, upon receipt by the Registrar of the following documentation:

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Restricted Definitive Securities. If any of the conditions set forth in Section 2.06(a) hereof have been met and if any holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for a Restricted Definitive Security or to transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Restricted Definitive Security, then, upon receipt by the Registrar of the following documentation:

Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Restricted Definitive Securities. If Subject to Section 2.4 hereof, if any holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for a Restricted Definitive Security or to transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Restricted Definitive Security, then, upon receipt by the Registrar of the following documentation:

If any holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for a Restricted Definitive Security or to transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Restricted Definitive Security, then, upon the occurrence of any of the events described in clause ‎(i), ‎(ii) or ‎(iii) of ‎Section 2.06(a) and receipt by the Registrar of the following documentation:
