Benchmarks and Monuments Sample Clauses

Benchmarks and Monuments. Contractor shall protect and preserve established benchmarks and monuments and shall not change locations of benchmarks and monuments without District’s prior written approval. Contractor shall replace any benchmarks or monuments that are lost or destroyed subsequent to proper notification of District and with District’s approval.
