Extreme Ownership: Hold yourself accountable for your actions. We need to remember “It’s not what we say, but what we allow.” This will be repeated until it is mastered. EGO: TEAM comes 1st. We need to see the BIG PICTURE.
BELIEVE. The other coaches of inter-school sports are ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in their desire to keep the inter school program high on the plane of citizenship training, and I shall do all that I can to further their efforts. I BELIEVE: My own actions should be so regulated as to reflect credit to this profession. I SHALL: Abide by the rules of the games in letter and spirit. I BELIEVE: In the exercise of all the patience, tolerance, and diplomacy at my command in my relations with all players, coworkers, game officials and spectators.

We will: • provide pupils with a safe environment and the best possible education and support; promoting their pathway to independence in learning and life skills • provide pupils with positive guidance to manage their behaviour through clear expectations, rewards and sanctions • achieve high standards of teaching for all pupils throughout the school day; providing an exciting curriculum in a positive and attractive environment • provide a pathway at the end of KS4 and the end of Post-16 for every young person; preparing them for further learning and life as an adult • keep parents and carers informed of their child’s progress and well-being at school • use robust evidence and work closely with governors and staff, evaluating the school’s performance and planning our strategic direction • keep staff informed about school matters; consulting with them about significant changes in school organisation, curriculum and policies I/We will try to: • see that my child comes to school regularly, on time and wearing the correct school uniform • inform the school of reasons for my child’s absence on the first day of absence and then keep the school informed on a daily basis • let the school know about any changes of circumstances that might affect my child’s learning, health or behaviour • support my child by only sending in healthy snacks, drinks and packed lunches • send medication into school via an adult, clearly labelled with pharmacy labels accompanied by the necessary permission forms • support my child in his/her learning targets, reading and homework • support the schools’ polices and guidelines on behaviour and safety • keep the school informed of any changes to my/our contact and emergency contact details, • ensure someone can be contactable in an emergency and/or available to collect my child if they become unwell during the school day
