Common use of Beijing Miyuan Clause in Contracts

Beijing Miyuan. has the full internal corporate power and authorization to execute and deliver this Agreement and all other documents relevant to the transactions contemplated hereunder to be executed by it, and the full power and authorization to consummate the contemplated transaction hereunder.
