Behavioral Health Services Array. (1) DCS’s Network Development Plan shall include a long-term plan for creating and sustaining a network of qualified professionals sufficient to assess and treat DCS children who have experienced trauma in varied ways; resulting in multiple expressions of adaptive behaviors that often require clinical support and intervention to facilitate optimal functioning and long term success, and to provide other specialized services needed by children in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care. (2) DCS shall work with the Managed Care Organization to develop and implement a long-term plan to assess and build the capacity to provide community-based behavioral health services to meet the needs of children in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care.
