BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INTEGRATION. INTO QIP -------------------------------------- HMO must integrate behavioral health into its QIP system and include a systematic and on-going process for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and appropriateness of behavioral health care services provided to Members. HMO's QIP must enable HMO to collect data, monitor and evaluate for improvements to physical health outcomes resulting from behavioral health integration into the overall care of the Member.
