Common use of Behavior Issues Clause in Contracts

Behavior Issues. If for any reason a child or parent’s behavior is unmanageable or threatens the safety of other children or staff members in our school, we have the right to disenroll the child. We will communicate and work with you as best as we can to resolve any issues in the best interest of the child and in compliance with of our school policy of our “The 3 Chances Rule.” First the child will be sent home from school and if the behavior continues 3 or more times we will discuss disenrollment of the child. This includes but is not limited to; biting, hitting, kicking, choking, spitting, or profanity. The San Clemente Preschool reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime.
