Before commencing the Work herein. Contractor shall give written notice to District of the name of its project manager and construction superintendent. Neither the Contractor’s project manager nor construction superintendent shall be changed except with prior written notice to District, unless the Contractor’s project manager and/or construction superintendent proves to be unsatisfactory to Contractor, District, any of the District's employees, agents, the Construction Manager, or the Architect, in which case, Contractor shall notify District in writing or if such project manager or construction superintendent are no longer employed by Contractor. The Contractor’s project manager and construction superintendent shall each represent Contractor, and all directions given to Contractor’s project manager and/or construction superintendent shall be as binding as if given to Contractor.
