Before Care. The school offers a Before Care Program for students enrolled in St. Xxxxxx School. This program offers a safe and comfortable environment for our students before school from 7:00-7:50 a.m. Students arriving for Before Care enter at door #2 entrance (apple door). Student behavior expectations in the Before Care Program are the same as for the regular school program. Safety for all is of prime importance. Electronics are not allowed in Before Care.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.

  • Due Care THE EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS RELEASE PRIOR TO ITS EXECUTION AND HAS BEEN ADVISED HEREBY OF HIS OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER THIS RELEASE FOR TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS PRIOR TO ITS EXECUTION. THE EXECUTIVE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS BEEN ADVISED HEREBY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO EXECUTING THIS RELEASE. THE EXECUTIVE ENTERS INTO THIS RELEASE HAVING FREELY AND KNOWINGLY ELECTED, AFTER DUE CONSIDERATION, TO EXECUTE THIS RELEASE AND TO FULFILL THE PROMISES SET FORTH HEREIN.   • Child Care A. Employees employed as of March 1 who meet the following criteria shall be eligible for a lump sum payment each year. Eligible employees may apply for this payment between March 1 and April 15 of each year. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the completed application. Any application received after April 15 will be considered on a case by case basis and shall not be arbitrarily rejected.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Reasonable Care The Collateral Agent is required to use reasonable care in the custody and preservation of any of the Collateral in its possession; provided, that the Collateral Agent shall be deemed to have used reasonable care in the custody and preservation of any of the Collateral, if such Collateral is accorded treatment substantially similar to that which the Collateral Agent accords its own property.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties.   • Primary Care Clinic Employees and each of their covered dependents must individually elect a primary care clinic within the network of providers offered by the plan administrator chosen by the employee. Employees and their dependents may elect to change clinics within their clinic’s Benefit Level as often as the plan administrator permits and as outlined above.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products.
