Before Care. The school offers a Before Care Program for students enrolled in St. Xxxxxx School. This program offers a safe and comfortable environment for our students before school from 7:00-7:50 a.m. Students arriving for Before Care enter at door #2 entrance (apple door). Student behavior expectations in the Before Care Program are the same as for the regular school program. Safety for all is of prime importance. Electronics are not allowed in Before Care.

  • Due Care THE EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS RELEASE PRIOR TO ITS EXECUTION AND HAS BEEN ADVISED HEREBY OF HIS OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER THIS RELEASE FOR TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS PRIOR TO ITS EXECUTION.   • Child Care A. Employees employed as of March 1 who meet the following criteria shall be eligible for a lump sum payment each year. Eligible employees may apply for this payment between March 1 and April 15 of each year. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the completed application. Any application received after April 15 will be considered on a case by case basis and shall not be arbitrarily rejected.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired.   • Primary Care Clinic Employees and each of their covered dependents must individually elect a primary care clinic within the network of providers offered by the plan administrator chosen by the employee. Employees and their dependents may elect to change clinics within their clinic’s Benefit Level as often as the plan administrator permits and as outlined above.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.
