Before 10 Sample Clauses

Before 10. 00 a.m on each Repayment Date, the Borrower will repay the Loan to the Facility Agent for the benefit of the Long Term Creditors in accordance with the condition of Clause 6.1.1 and in compliance with the Repayment Schedule. In case the Borrower does not utilize the whole amount of Long Term Facility, the amount of Loan to be repaid by the Borrower on each Repayment Date will be reduced in the inverse order of maturity.
