Bears Cost Sample Clauses

The "Bears Cost" clause assigns responsibility for specific expenses to a designated party within a contract. In practice, this means that one party—such as the buyer, seller, or service provider—will be required to pay for certain costs, which could include shipping fees, taxes, or other charges related to the transaction or service. By clearly stating who is financially responsible for these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations under the agreement.
