Beaches Sample Clauses
The "Beaches" clause defines the rights, responsibilities, or restrictions related to the use, access, or maintenance of beach areas within the scope of an agreement. This clause may specify who is permitted to use the beach, outline any maintenance obligations for keeping the area clean and safe, or set rules regarding activities such as events, construction, or environmental protection. By clearly delineating these terms, the clause helps prevent disputes over beach access and usage, ensuring all parties understand their obligations and rights regarding the beach area.
Beaches. (1) Replacement of sand on an unimproved natural beach is not eligible.
(2) Improved beaches. Work on an im- proved beach may be eligible under the following conditions:
(i) The beach was constructed by the placement of sand (of proper grain size) to a designed elevation, width, and slope; and
(ii) A maintenance program involv- ing periodic renourishment of sand must have been established and ad- hered to by the applicant.
Beaches. Shape and grade all designated swim beaches prior to the lake reaching its summer level and as frequently thereafter as necessary to prevent a buildup or "ponding" of natural runoff. Carefully clean the beach areas during the grading and smoothing operation. Sand will be replenished as needed. The beach area will be kept free of riprap, stone, glass, litter, debris, cans, and all such undesirable material. Maintain the swim lines around beach swim areas in a safe and operable condition. Swim beach buoys lines and their depth marker posts will be repaired or replaced as necessary with like materials. The contractor will frequently check the condition of beaches and buoy lines and make repairs necessary to ensure the area is safe for public use. A complete inspection of all designated swim beaches will be performed and appropriate repairs made prior to park opening each year or for year-round parks, prior to peak season each year.
Beaches. Bonfires or fireworks are prohibited on the beaches or anywhere in Tarpon Point.

Beaches. All 10 bathing beaches identified in this report would comply with the E. coli criteria of geometric mean of 610 no. per 100ml. The impact due to the bypass would not cause criteria exceedance. Short-term elevation of E. coli levels is predicted at Anglers’, Gemini, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Wan, ▇▇▇▇▇, Lido, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and Approach Beaches. The water quality conditions were predicted to recover within 2 days after the end of the bypass discharge period.
Beaches. All beaches and foreshore areas will be cleansed according to Zone A requirements in the summer and Zone 1 requirements in the winter. See Table 5.
