Be available Monday. Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Contractor shall maintain an office with a telephone in the company’s name. At least one Contractor employee that can respond to inquiries and complaints shall staff the office during the hours of 8:00a.m – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. When the office is closed, an answering service shall be provided to receive calls.
