BCA Side Letter. This letter is entered into as a deed, (the “Letter”) in connection with the collaboration agreement dated 4 November 2019 (the “BCA”) between Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors Corporation. (“H/KMC”) and Arrival S.à ▇.▇. (the “Company”). For the purposes of this Letter, the Company and H/KMC shall each be a “Party” and together the “Parties”.
