Common use of BCA Assay Clause in Contracts

BCA Assay. Total protein concentrations in samples were determined using a BCA Protein Assay kit (Thermo Scientific) following the manufacturer’s instructions: 10 µl of each standard and unknown samples were pipetted into microplate ▇▇▇▇▇ in duplicate. 200 µl of working reagent were added to each well with gentle mixing of the plate. The plate was then covered and incubated at 37 οC in a humidified incubator with 5 % CO2 in air for 30 minutes and then cooled to room temperature. The absorbance was measured at or near 562 nm on a plate reader.
