BBH Infuse™ Payment Products. The Authorized Person(s) may submit FT Instructions through BBH Infuse™ Payment Products (or any successor thereto, “BBH Infuse”), which are BBH proprietary on-line payment order authorization facilities with built-in multi-factor authentication procedures. BBH and the Authorized Person(s) shall each be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords or other codes used by them in connection with BBH Infuse. BBH will act on FT Instructions received through BBH Infuse without duty of further verification unless the Authorized Person(s) notifies BBH that its password is not secure.
