Battelle Issued Badges Clause Samples

The "Battelle Issued Badges" clause defines the rules and responsibilities related to identification badges provided by Battelle to individuals accessing its facilities. Typically, this clause outlines the process for issuing badges, the requirement for badge holders to display them at all times while on premises, and the obligation to return badges upon request or at the end of the engagement. Its core practical function is to maintain security and control access to Battelle's property, ensuring that only authorized personnel are present and that badges are managed properly to prevent unauthorized entry.
