Batch Submittals. a. Submitter shall limit the size of each batch to a maximum of 100 documents (maximum of 1800 documents per day, per county), using the Web API. b. It is the Agency’s responsibility to ensure that uploaded batches are NOT duplicates of previously submitted documents. In the event that a duplicate batch is submitted for recording, it will be the responsibility of the Agency to submit releases of lien.
