Common use of Batch Sizes Clause in Contracts

Batch Sizes. SeaSpine agrees to order the Products in whole multiples of the batch sizes set forth in Exhibit D (although SeaSpine acknowledges and agrees that the actual quantity of the Products delivered may be adjusted as set forth in Section 5.5 or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement).
