Batch Processing Agreement. All matters relating to -------------------------- Global Payments' provision of Unisys Batch Processing services shall be governed exclusively by the Batch Processing Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Batch Processing Services Agreement and this Agreement or between the Batch Processing Services Agreement and any other Ancillary Agreement, the Batch Processing Services Agreement shall govern.
