Batch Documentation. 6.1. ELAN will retain batch records and related documents in accordance with regulatory and corporate retention requirements. 6.2. ELAN will, by issuing a certificate of analysis to the COMPANY, confirm that each batch of PRODUCT supplied to COMPANY complies with the relevant analytical specifications and that it has been manufactured in accordance with cGMP.
