Basis for Corrections Clause Samples
Basis for Corrections. If the Tubridgi Parties are required by the Agreement to correct previous readings taken from any Metering Equipment, the Tubridgi Parties will make those corrections on whatever basis they consider (or the Tubridgi Operator on their behalf considers) reasonable in the circumstances. The corrections will bind the Pipeline User in the absence of manifest error.
Basis for Corrections. If AGN is required by the Agreement to correct previous readings taken from any Metering Installation, AGN will make those corrections:
(a) in the manner required by law;
(b) (to the extent permitted by law) in the manner required by any relevant rules or agreements that bind AGN and the Network User; and
(c) (to the extent not otherwise required by paragraph (a) or (b)) on a reasonable basis. The corrections will bind the Network User in the absence of manifest error.
