BASIS FOR ASSISTANCE. Assistance, except to the extent included in Maintenance, is not included in this Agreement. If Client desires to purchase Assistance from SoftPro or a SoftPro Affiliate, such Assistance shall be provided pursuant to separate agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent Assistance is available under the MSA, its performance shall be governed by the terms of the MSA.
