Common use of Basic Term Rent Clause in Contracts

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5, 1998 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment Date") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("Basic Term Rent") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5March 11, 1998 2008 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "“Rent Payment Date"”) during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("“Basic Term Rent"”) the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's ’s Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule. Each payment of Basis Term Rent shall be allocated to and shall accrue for the use of the Equipment for the monthly period beginning on such Rent Payment Date.

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5OCTOBER 1, 1998 1999 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment Date") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("Basic Term Rent") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5JANUARY 2, 1998 2000 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment Date") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("Basic Term Rent") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Commencing on AUGUST 5Jan. 1, 1998 2002 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment DateRENT PAYMENT DATE") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("Basic Term RentBASIC TERM RENT") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Commencing on AUGUST 5January 1, 1998 1997, and on the same first day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment Date") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay pay, in advance, as rent ("Basic Term Rent") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule. Each date for the payment of rent during the Basic Term is herein referred to as a "Rent Payment Date".

Commencing on AUGUST 5NOVEMBER 1, 1998 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "Rent Payment Date") during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("Basic Term Rent") the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5, 1998 10/15/03 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "“Rent Payment Date"”) during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("“Basic Term Rent"”) the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's ’s Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Commencing on AUGUST 5, 1998 4/1/02 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "“Rent Payment Date"”) during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("“Basic Term Rent"”) the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's ’s Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule.

Basic Term Rent. Commencing on AUGUST 5November 7, 1998 2006 and on the same day of each month thereafter (each, a "“Rent Payment Date"”) during the Basic Term, Lessee shall pay as rent ("“Basic Term Rent"”) the product of the Basic Term Lease Rate Factor times the Capitalized Lessor's ’s Cost of all Equipment on this Schedule. Each payment of Basic Term Rent shall be allocated to and shall accrue for the use of the Equipment for the monthly period beginning on such Rent Payment Date.
