Basic Services Fee. 4.1.1 The stipulated Not-to-Exceed Fee that shall be paid to the Construction Manager for providing all the services set forth in Article 1 shall be $ ( Dollars) or % of the total Construction Cost, whichever amount is less (the “Basic Services Fee”). However, in the event that the Basic Services Fee exceeds the maximum schedule for Construction Management Fees, the Basic Services Fee shall be reduced accordingly.
