Common use of Basic Service; and Clause in Contracts

Basic Service; and. all fees charged to any Subscribers for any and all Cable Service provided by Franchisee over the Cable System in the Service Area, including without limitation Cable Service related program guides, the installation, disconnection or reconnection of Cable Service; revenues from late or delinquent charge fees; Cable Service related to repair calls; the provision of converters, remote controls, additional outlets and/or other Cable Service related Subscriber premises equipment, whether by lease or fee.
