Common use of Basic Rule Clause in Contracts

Basic Rule. The Company agrees to continue the Employee's employment, and the Employee agrees to remain in the employ of the Company, from the effective date of this Agreement until the date when the Employee's employment terminates pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
