Common use of BASIC RENT SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

BASIC RENT SCHEDULE. The monthly Basic Rental shall be adjusted as follows: On November 1, 2000 the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($182,297.50) shall be due, and a like sum due on the first day of each month thereafter through and including December 1, 2000. The aggregate rental for the Lease shall be increased by $364,595.00 or from $20,060,245.22 to $20,424,840.22. EXCEPT AS MODIFIED HEREIN, all other terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
