Basic Remote Hands Service. 2.3.1 Basic Remote Hands Service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Where requested by the Customer, Whinstone staff shall be available to perform the following tasks only on the instructions of the Customer in respect of the Customer Equipment:

Basic Remote Hands Service. The basic Remote Hands Service (the “Basic Remote Hands Service”) consists of the following tasks, as applicable, which will be performed by Provider based on the specific instructions of Customer with a cost defined in Annex 1 and billed weekly. ● pushing a button; ● switching a toggle; ● turning on/off of Customer Equipment; ● switching back on any breakers that have tripped during the 8am to 8pm CT time period; ● securing cabling connections; ● observing, describing and/or reporting of indicator lights or display information on machines or consoles; ● cable organization; ● modifying basic cable layout, labelling and/or re-labelling of Customer Equipment; ● cable patching; ● checking alarms for faults; and/or ● inserting/removing discs or equivalent storage devices provided by Customer into/from the Customer Equipment (it being understood that Provider shall not be responsible for, or have any obligation to verify, the contents of such devices). Performance of these services will be available on a 24/7 basis. For the avoidance of doubt, the Basic Remote Hands Service is included as part of the Variable Hosting Rate and will not be subject to separate charges or invoices.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8.1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
