Basic Permissions Sample Clauses
The Basic Permissions clause defines the fundamental rights granted to a party under an agreement, typically specifying what actions are permitted with respect to certain property, information, or services. In practice, this clause might outline the ability to use, access, or modify a product, software, or intellectual property within certain boundaries, such as for personal use or within a specific timeframe. Its core function is to clearly establish the scope of authorized activities, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aware of what is and is not allowed under the contract.
