When a User requests access to Vision, the Fund Web Site will launch a frame-set containing the Fund’s header within the top frame and the Fund’s custom version of Vision within the lower frame. The customizable components are described in the Fund Family Vision Implementation Guide. 10 Transaction Processing is an optional element of Vision Services. The Fund will not be assessed the Monthly Minimum or any Transaction Processing Charges until one or more of the Transaction types are made available to Users.
