Common use of Basic Lump Sum Fee Clause in Contracts

Basic Lump Sum Fee. The Owner agrees to pay the Design Professional for services rendered under this Agreement the “Basic Lump Sum Fee” identified on the Schedule of Project Details. The Basic Lump Sum Fee will fully compensate the Design Professional for all Basic Services required by this Agreement. Additional terms and conditions are as follows:
