Basic License Information. The following is a summary of Basic License information (the "Basic License Information"). Each item below shall be deemed to incorporate all of the terms in this License pertaining to such item. In the event of any conflict between the information in this Section and any more specific provision of this License, the more specific provision shall control. License Reference Date: July 1, 2009 Licensor: COUNTY OF SAN MATEO Licensee: TELECARE CORPORATION Building (Section 2.1): That certain skilled nursing facility located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Redwood City, California, and commonly known as Cordilleras Mental Health Center (the “Building”) Premises (Section 2.1): All of that certain portion of San Mateo Assessor’s Parcel ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇ as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit 1, together with the improvements thereon (the “Premises”). Term (Section 3.1): Commencement date: Expiration date: Upon termination of the Agreement or as otherwise set forth herein. Base Fee (Section 4.1): Consideration for the Use of the Premises under this License is included in the terms of the Agreement.
